Abuse policy

gc.mw is a link shortener. Anyone can create a link, so we take responsibility for what those links point to. Links that break the rules below are disabled automatically or after review, and repeat offenders lose their account.

What is not allowed

Phishing, credential harvesting or impersonation of a brand, bank, government body or person
Malware, spyware, unwanted software or drive-by downloads
Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or links used to evade filters on other platforms
Scams, fraud, fake offers, pyramid or advance-fee schemes
Content that is illegal where it is hosted or where gc.mw operates, including child sexual abuse material
Harassment, threats, doxxing or content that incites violence
Copyright or trademark infringement reported by the rights holder
Redirect chains that hide the final destination or point at private networks

How we enforce it

Every destination is checked against Google Safe Browsing, URLhaus and the Spamhaus DBL when a link is created and again on a schedule for links that receive traffic. Links flagged by a provider or reported by two independent people are disabled while we review them. Confirmed abuse blocks the link permanently and may suspend the workspace that created it.

Reporting

To report a link, use the report form or email abuse@gc.mw with the short link and what you found. Reports from security teams and reputation services are answered within one business day.
